Stripes that makes you smile
Posted on | November 19, 2008 | No Comments
There’s just something about these stripes, that I couldn’t put my fingers on, they feel almost, er, therapeutic?? Is it the color combination or the slightly faded effect? Alright, let me just say that they are smoothing on the eyes yet feel fresh at the same time.
I had bought the fabric over last weekend and, the end products is out now, in my shop(that’s fast for me:)). Although, my schedule had been disrupted and had reluctantly but happily put on hold some sewing and wire manipulating, I am very happy with the results, especially the PF mini purse, it make me smile(I hope you will too).
And lastly, on the extra long pouch is Macro, magnified, in emboss ink.
e.tower brooch, first brooch in the ‘traveling’ series

bonjour!
Macro has been itching to go traveling, especially with the holidays just around the corner, there’s no stopping him.. his first stop: the Eiffel Tower. And to dress him for the occasion, only black, gold and some bling will do.
Here’s a peek at my new silk screen..

Finally I had it done, the screen of another of my original designs! Had been delaying it for sometime, as the size of the screen needed for this design is big, (slightly bigger than A3 only.. ha..), have to be sure that all angles had been covered.
You must have been wondering what does this pretty floral-like thingy pattern have to do with ‘Macro’ aka the ‘evil’ octopus boy?? Well, they aren’t flowers actually, though they do like to pretend to be something they aren’t even close to, like this pretty floral formation.
It’s right here, at a corner of my desk, all clean and bright, I just can’t wait to test it out.. and I did..,
Unveiling the mysterious ‘floral thingy’, which are actually, seahorses..
Orange and lilac
Posted on | October 7, 2008 | No Comments
New Colors for the dainty mini PP! Orange and Lilac, definitely softer and more feminine. The lilac hue took some time to mix before Macro give his nod of approval, after all Macro says ‘I’m to one to be seen with it!”, okie, all right, you vain pot, I may try Green next time(when is Earth Day?).
Oh, by the way, Oreaduffy is glad to make this early announcement: Macro will be at MAAD in Nov 2008(1st and 2nd), do drop by if you are free.(We are planning our special promo right now:))
